Everyone who joins OIP goes through extensive training in our program – the American Insurance Academy (AIA). That means you get fully trained insurance pros, ready to boost your E&S or Specialty business.
As graduates from the AIA, new joiners are right up to speed with the ins and outs of commercial P&C insurance. So whoever you work with, you know you’ve got a partner who’s right on your wavelength.
It means our robotics team can hit the ground running – they know the issues insurance business run into and how to design and build tech solutions to solve them.
And with our assistants, you get intelligent decision makers in your business. Guiding you. Delivering better insights. And with essential skills training being part of the syllabus too, they can all fit right into your team culture.
Our program gives our people a solid foundation in E&S insurance. But if you need them to know a specific task that sits outside our curriculum, our learning and development team have over 25 years’ combined experience in your markets and can tweak the course to make sure it’s covered.
We also work with a number of educational partners and run several in-house courses, so our people are always developing a career they can be proud of. It means they’re more than just insurance savvy – they’ve got loads of skills and personality to offer your team.
